Major Problems with POP-UPS

When I go to a website, and there is a pop-up on a
website, the pop-up takes FOREVER to load. It probably
takes 30 seconds for the pop-up to appear. Before that it
is just a blank window for 30 seconds. If there is a pop-
up on this site, it also slows the site down also. There
is no slow-down when there is no pop ups. I am wondering
is there a windows update for this problem? I have all
of the critical updates, but I do not know if there is a
minor update for this problem. PLEASE HELP!
 
Check for parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

REPLY: What does that mean uncheck the 3rd party browser
setting, and the find who the culprits are with these
tools? And if so, you said ps: reset the 3rd party
browser setting, does that mean just check it again?
