Hello,

I use PST files in OL2007 to download all the mail communication. However
that brings down the calendar requests too, to the PST on my disk. Is there
someway to bifurcate the functionality such that everything (i.e. mails etc)
get downloaded to the PST on my machine whereas I can keep back *only* the
calendar requests on the exchange server so that I and others can see my
calendar from Outlook web access?

Thanks in advance.

Dear WinCPP,

emails and also all default function (reminders, invitations etc.) are only
supported in the "delivery folder".

In your installation the "delivery folder" is your PST file. You could
change the "delivery folder" to the "Exchange Mailbox" but then you will
receive all emails into the Exchange Mailbox.

To get the emails into the PST file you could create a rule in Outlook to
move all incoming emails into the "Inbox" of the PST file.

How to change the "delivery folder"?

Another way could be to change anything but to synchronize only the Calendar
between the PSt file and the Exchange Mailbox with a sync tool:

Maybe it helps.
