Main Report Header is on SubReport

My SubReport is a one page report that is not linked to the main
report.

The SubReport is in the Report Footer of the Main Report.

When the SubReport prints, the Main Report's Header is on the
SubReport (which I don't want).

How do I prevent the Main Report Header from Printing on the SubReport?

What version of access? Since at least Access 2000 the REPORT has a format
properties for Page Header and Page Footer that you can use to determine if
the Page Header/Page footer prints on all pages , not with the report header,
not with the report footer, or with neither the report header nor the report
footer.

I'm using Access 2002.

I don't see the property that you are referring to, and even if I did,
it wouldn't do to put the SubReport in the Page Footer, as I would get
a SubReport for every page of the Main Report.

You put the subreport in the report footer NOT in the page footer.

Did you look at the FORM's properties?

In design view, click on the gray square with the small black square at the
top left corner of the form window.

Show the properties window if it is not showing. The properties window should
say Report.

On the Format tab, the property Page Header should be about the 4th one down.

Change it from All Pages to Not with Rpt Ftr.

Well, Great!
I'm sorry to have been so dense, but I just didn't know those
properties were there. I use the "Report" properties all the time (of
course), but I just didn't know what you meant. The report is working
exactly as I want it now. Thanks for your help and patience.
