Main Panel is Blank

I have installed AS and the main panel is blank - in has
a frame, menus, background image but nothing else I can
use the menu to see scan, tools etc. I ran a scan and
when I clicked to see the results I got the blank page
again!

any suggestions out there? Thanks
 
I wish I could help you, but I'm having the same
problem. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled the software
around 5 times. I tryed installing the software with my
Symantec Systemworks 2005 not running, I still have the
same problem. It's driving me up a wall!!! I'm running
Windows XP Home edition on my desktop. I'm running
Windows XP Pro on my laptop, and the software works
fine. Any helpful advice would be great!!!
 
We are addressing some appcompat issues with systemworks 2005. This will be
a fix in a future version.

Yes, I'm running Norton System Works 2005 and Norton
Firewall Protection 2005. I've disabled the software,
but still have the problem. The software executes and
then hangs. The first screen finally opens, but is just
blank with a few menu options to select.

future version.
