Main Outlook Window Disappears

While using Outlook (2003) or other applications, the main Outlook window
disappears. Other Outlook windows (open email, a reminder pop-up, etc.)
remain on screen, but Outlook cannot be found in Task Manager "Applications"
or on taskbar. If Outlook icon is double-clicked, Outlook comes up
immediately as though it was running in the background. Windows XP (2002).
Fix?

Right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray and uncheck "Hide when
Minimized"

Do you have Outlook set to minimize to the system tray? Check the Processes
tab in the Task Manager for Outlook.EXE
