We have an end user who has opened a ticket because of a pop-up dialogue box that has occurred several times on her machine (usually when the machine is idle, she says). The error message reads as follows:
"Main client-side service has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Then it goes through the whole "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" spiel and gives her the option of sending or not sending the error report to Microsoft.
I've checked through her machine's event logs and have found nothing pertaining to this kind of message. I've also done a Microsoft support, Yahoo, and Google search on the error message and have found nothing. The error doesn't specify what application or program the error is in and we're stumped. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this is, or has anyone seen this before?
