Mailwasher query

Hi, for some time I've been using Mailwasher with no problem. It scans and
shows me the emails waiting for me on my Claranet and Freeserve accounts.

But over the last few days, although it still does this with my Freeserve
account without a problem, when it gets to the Claranet one, it starts to
download the first waiting email, but grinds to a halt. I get one of two
messages telling me that either Claranet has disconnected, or there has been
a timeout. If I go from there to Outlook Express (without disconnecting) I
can download from Claranet without a problem.

So why is Mailwasher suddenly not co-operating with Claranet?

i have seen this and there may be a time out on connections with
mailwasher i would suggest that the problem is with slow response from
claranet server....might be worth checking with them....aprt from that
ensure your settings are correct with claranet a/c...if all else fails
uninstall and reinstall mailwasher PIT i know
