Hi there,

When I select say 50 contacts - many with multiple addresses, i.e. Email,
Email 2, Email 3 - How do I ensure that our newsletter goes to all the email
addresses listed in all the cpntacs fields?

Thanks

Ian

You'll need to create separate contacts or select them using the To address
selector. (Do your recipients want 3 copies of the newsletter?)

Thanks Diane for this - I have the contacts set up so the wife and Husband
are on the same record - - with kids. Sometimes they want the neslwetter to
go to both husband and wife's email. I have not set them up as separate
contacts at present, but may have to do so if there is no other way to
acomplish this.

Cheers

Ian
