For couples stored in my outlook contacts , I have set up 2 e-mail
addresses, one for each person. However, when I go to send a new e-mail and
lookup the addresses in my address book, only the first e-mail address shows.
How do I send mail to the 2nd one?

When you click To:, all of the electronic addresses (including ann of the
email addresses and the fax and pager numbers) for each contact record
*should* show, allowing you to choose which one you want. Are you saying
that's not what you see? It shows for me.

Not possible. The Outlook Address Book will show all electronic addresses.
The Windows Address Book will only show the default. Perhaps you are using
the Windows Address Book.
State your version and mail support mode so we can tell.

I believe it is the microsoft office address book. It's version 6.0. I did notice that when I clicked on properties on a specific name, the first e-mail address is listed as the default however.

As I expected. That's not the Outlook Address Book. That's the Windows
Address Book.

Thats correct. When I open my contacts folder, both the addresses
appear but when I go to send an e-mail only the first one shows.
Even when I click on "properties" only the first one appears.

That's a sign that the second address isn't being recognized as a validly
formatted mail address.

No it's not.
It's a sign she's using Outlook 2000 IMO and the Windows Address Book.
People try to stump us all the time by not posting their version.

regardless, if this is the wrong address book, then how to I convert it?

You can switch to the full mode of Outlook, but consider very carefully if
the address book alone is enough reason to put up with the inconveniences of
Corp/Workgroup mode if all you need is Internet Mail protocols"
For information on choosing a mail support mode or changing to the other
mail support mode, look here:
