Mailing Lists in Outlook Express?

I'm just now finally migrating from Pegasus to Outlook Express. In
Pegasus, I could send a single email to a "list" of recipients, by a single
entry in the "TO" field, accessing a predefined text file containing all the
email address for a specific target audience.

Try as I might, I can't seem to find a way in Outlook Express to do the same
thing. Has anyone found a simple way to send an single email to a list
with a single, simple entry in the "TO" field?

I use the Address book to create my lists, under file>new group you just
select the addresses you wish to use & write a name.
