How do I set up a mailing list so that I can go in and have mulitipal address printed to the envelopes without having to do them one at a time

What you are describing is a mail merge. How you approach this will depend
on whether you have Word 2000 or earlier (Mail Merge Helper) or Word 2002 or
above (Mail Merge Wizard). For starters, see these articles:
