mailing list with custom features

Hi
We are using OL2003 and Exchange 2003(SBS). how can we create a customised
mailing, i.e. have the "to" customised to each recipient and the the message
body saying "Dear <recipient name>" is this a standard feature or do we need
an add-on.

If anyone can pint me in the right direction I would be most grateful.

YOu can do this with a mail merge using Word 2003.
