Mailing Label Report ?

I created a mailing label report. Can you tell me where in the report object
model/properties I can find the number of columns of labels are set? I want
to change mine from 4 to 3. I also want to know how to change number of
labels row there are on a page.

File + Page Setup + Columns

Didn't you use the Label Wizard to set up your labels?
