I am on an Exchange Server using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. I know that
Outlook has some Contact record fields that are internal use only, one of
which is the Mailing Address Indicator. My problem is that our Mailroom uses
software to certify bulk mailings that does not directly interact with
Outlook, so I need to export any mailing to a database or spreadsheet for
them to use. I want to use the mailing address for my project and I know I
can merge the information to XL or Word or Access, but I can only export the
mailing address as one field. In other words I am not able to separate the
normal address fields of zip code, city, state, and street address. Does
anyone know of a work around? Or, what software should I recommend to our
Mailroom so that they can interface directly with the Outlook database?
I appreciate any help you can provide.
