MailHeaders

Open the mail item then go to the View menu > Options command to see the
headers or right click on the item and choose Options
 
If it is a message comming from the internet then Vince is right, but if it
is comming from an internal exchange-server it is possible that one cannot
see the header. I do not know if this is can be changed in Exchange. I think
it's just a setting of exchange but I've got the same W's as you : What?
Where? When?
