I have two mailboxes in Outlook Express for the two users
of my home computer. Each requires a password to enter.
Until yesterday, when you go to Outlook Express a box
would appear with the two mailbox users names and a place
to enter the password.
Yesterday I downloaded and installed the latest batch of
Windows XP patches in order to get more security. Now,
when you go to Outlook Express it automatically opens
whichever mailbox was last used. The box asking for a
password doesn't appear. I've checked all settings in
Identities and all appear unchanged. The box regarding
requiring a password is unchecked for both identities.
How can I get Outlook Express to again present the box
offering a choice of the two identities and requiring a
password to get into either of them?
