I have a blueyonder email address but prefer to read emails in windows mail
but my emails are going to my virgin mailbox and and I would like to make
windows mail my default mailbox, any ideas?

You are not very clear in what you describe?

Please try again.

Where are the Mailboxes that you describe, are they online or in WM?
Do you have two accounts and are they both set up in WM?
 
Go to Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail and then add your virgin account. Make
sure you have the correct settings. Check the Virgin website for those.
They will be the same as for Outlook Express.

My emails will not send. It says: The host '?' could not be found. Please
verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'question for contest', Account: '?', Server: '?', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Any ideas how I can fix this?

Did you edit that error message, if so we need to see an unedited version or
we can't help you.

If not then you have not set up an account to use.

Get back with more info including your ISP details and the part beyond the @
in the email address that you want to set up.
