Exchange 2K, W2K client, Outlook 2K -- I deleted the
mailbox for a user in AD Users & Computers Exchange
Tasks. When I went back and re-created it, the user
cannot access it. In Outlook, it keeps telling her that
she does not have permissions to access it. As far as I
can tell, she has full permissions to this mailbox. I
really need for her to be able to use her Outlook. Thank
you.

As far as I know, when you delete a mailbox in Exchange
it's gone. Even if you re-create it with the exact same
username, a different SID is generated and it is
essentially a brand new mailbox. You can go through the
Outlook Email Account setup again with the User, remove
her old settings and point her to the new mailbox that was
created for her, but her old email won't be there. It got
deleted with her old mailbox.
