I keep getting the following message in my Outlook 2000 Inbox.
"Your mailbox is over the high water mark.

Please delete some messages from your mailbox!"

The sender of the message is "admin" (Is that my own system?)

I can't figure who/what is generating the message, what it means and how I
can fix the problem, if any.

My operating system is WinXP

This means that your inbox is full. What kind of connection are you using?
If POP3 you need to go to your webbased mailclient and delete messages from
there.

Hope this helps!

Could be your email POP3 account settings have the box checked to "leave
messages on the server" which will keep it from deleting from the server as
it downloads them. The box normally should be unchecked. Then, this
problem should not arise.
