This is in reality a usenet newsgroup. You never get mail for usenet
newsgroups.

Instead, you post a message, and in due course someone will reply to the
newsgroup.

You can ask people to reply by mail, but most people will not honor such a
request. Whether they do or not is all up to them.

And don't provide your E-mail in open public newsgroup, spammers and robots
dat collectors will get your e-mail and you get lots of Mail your computer
can't digest or handle?.
This a technical Newsgroup not a chatroom or Dating Agency site!, you will
not have nurse sending you her pic with a pussy cat!!.
My advice to you don't provide your e-mail in any NG or ChatRoom or any sites.

Several points:

This is a newsgroup, one hosted by Microsoft. It's a public place and
doesn't have members. Anybody can post here whenver he wants to without
first "joining."

You don't get E-mail from a newsgroup (unless you post your real address and
someone elects to send you mail). You get responses to messages in the
newsgroup itself.

Finally, you are trying to participate here using Googlegroups. Googlegroups
is a great way to search newsgroups for previous posts, but a very poor way
to actively participate. Do yourself a favor and switch to a newsreader,
such as Outlook Express, which comes with Windows. See
