Mail will not send

Messages in 'Windows Mail' I try to send go into the outbox, will not send,
and keep building up in the outbox. 'Microsoft Outlook' works, and I can
send messages from there.
Both 'Outlook' and "Mail' are configured the same.
I also have one message in the outbox that will not delete. It seems that
my problem of not being able to send messages started the same time the not
being able to delete came up.

Problem 1: Did you get an error message. No message, but when I close the
'Mail' program, it mentiones I have messages in my ourbox, do you want to
send them, I reply yes and they seem to go, but don't.
Problem 2: Can't delete message. When I attempt to do this I get a long
message about being low on memory or disk space. (This not the case.)

#2 is the stupid default error message from 1997 that was never true to
begin with.

I would guess the database is messed up. You can move everything out of
that directory and then it should start new. The messages are individual
eml files under the folders, which you can save.

Otherwise, at this point, wait for RTM.
