Mail Stuck - Roady

Hi Roady, how are you,

Dear
In my outlook one mail got stuck (it is in outbox), I
can't delete it or forward or move to folder. Because of
this I am unble to receive other mails aswell. I have
tried to repair outlook, reinstall and finally scan pst -
but the problem remain as it is . How can I getrid of this
blocked mail.

One quick thought for your reference - Remove the original .pst from your
account profile location (You can check the location by click data file
location) and after you reinstalled the Outlook and opened it, it will
generate a new .pst file which will not have any old information in it.

You then can try to use "import" to import folders from the old .pst file
except for the outbox folder. You then will have the contacts and
everything else.

Sadly importing and exporting a pst-file breaks a lot of stuff as well;
custom views, custom forms, rules...

Place Outlook in Offline Mode and restart it; see if you can remove it now.
