Hello,

I'm trying to work one of the practical exercise on page 4-21, as a part of
70-272.

Point 16 says, Go to Control Panel, click User Accounts & then click "Mail",
but I can't see any Mail option in User Accounts, at all?

Can you help? I'm using Windows XP Professional myself & am using the CD
supplied in the Training Kit.

Thanks,
Darsh

First off, you need Microsoft Office installed on your computer in order to have
the Mail icon available in Control Panel.

If you have Office installed, switch to Classic View in Control Panel and see if
the Mail icon appears. Note: In Category view, I've seen the Mail icon displayed
when you click on Other Control Panel Options in the left hand column if an old
version of Office is installed.

If your training kit did not include a CD for an Office trial version, you can
go to Microsoft's web site and register to download a trial of Office 2007.
Here's a link to the site.

Try Microsoft Office 2007

Good luck
