I am unable to send mail via Windows Mail. I am told that the Host Could Not
Be Found. How do I find out who is my POP3 mail server both for incoming
and outgoing?

You ask your ISP or mail provider, or check their website for that information.

You need to get the mail server information from your email provider.
They usually have a webpage with email settings.

Thanks Dave,

I had already done what you suggested but I discovered a tiny glitch in the
way I entered the server information. I had entered the server using "@"
instead of . (dot). Imagine my red face.

Thanks again

This illustrates why it is always best to include a verbatim copy of the
error message. A fresh pair of eyes would have spotted the exact cause
of your problem immediately.

Something similar happened all the time when I was a programmer.
People could see errors in my code in a flash that I had missed for hours
and I could do the same for them.
Eyes or brains often seem to see what they want to see
rather than what is really there. (Sort of)
