Mail: Send Page

This function isn't working and I'll be darned if I can
find documentation as to why. When I use the Mail: Send
Page function, the Internet globe icon on the lower right
hand of the bottom status bar flickers, but there's no
opportunity to provide an address. So where is the page
going??
