mail recipient

When I send a picture to mail recipient, it set to outlook instead Windows
Mail. Or when I use E-mail from Windows Photo Gallery too. How do I fix this?

Control Panel|DEFAULT PROGRAMS|SET PROGRAM ACCESS & DEFAULTS|CUSTOM

For the mail program, choose Windows Mail.
