My Outlook seems to be going mad! Yesterday morning I could not recieve emails with attachments- I either got an errror telling me I didn't have access to my Outlook.pst file, or an internal server error. By yesterday afternoon I couldn't send attachments either. This morning, I seem to be recieving my messages in a 3/12 cycle (get 3, error on 9, get 3 error on 6) I can't move emails out of my inbox to a folder without gettning the first aforementioned error message. Meanwhile, my whole computer is running VERY SLOWLY. No one else attached to the server seems to be having issues. ANy ideas of how to fix this?

Where is your PST file located? MS does not recommend using a PST file
stored on a network drive. I don't, either.

It has worked for me at least 15-20 times in the past.
Please elaborate on the meaning of "deep errors".

So is the error necessarily "deep," and do these things just go whacko of their own accord?

What I mean by deep errors, the most common deep error is running scanpst
and it says no errors were found but you are still unable to open the pst or
import into a new profile. It creates so much corruption that it can become
useless. Always a good reason to back up data!!

PST files are pretty susceptible to errors especially if
you are storing them on a network drive where connectivity
is not consistent.

Scanpst is not a guaranteed solution but if it finds
errors, it will correct them.
