Hi,

We are also having "problems" with booking meeting rooms. Whenever we select
one and fire off the request it does book the resources but we then get a
bounce back saying the message could not be delivered to a user who has not
worked for us in almost 2 years.

I've checked all the delegate settings as well as the security, mailbox
rights, and forwarding on her account. I've tried scowering the Active
Directory to see if I can find anything helpful but I haven't had much luck.

Again any help would be appreicated, I hope this one is the right forum as
I'm not sure if it's just a calendaring thing from our client end or
something more serious in the backend AD/Exch systems.

Cheers,

Mike

Have you checked all those items on the Resource mailbox as well?

Hi Milly,

Sorry yes that's is what I meant in the original post, the meeting room is
setup properly and nothing in the permissions either on the outlook or
exchange or AD have anything listed, not even the orphaned SID of a deleted
account.

Oh the fun...

Cheers,

Mike
