Hi,

I get an error 'problem with shortcut the mail program was unable to send
mail' how do I fix this?

What is your mail client?
i.e. > Outlook Express
Start > Program >Outlook Express >on menu bar choose "tools" >Newsgroups...
"type" inetexplorer >
Click to expand...

This will get you to help in the proper location. They will get you fixed
