Mail Problems after IE7

Since installing IE7 I find incoming mail going straight to my Inbox
whereas previously it was held in my ISP's mailbox until I screened it
for spam etc. using Mailwasher.
I've checked through Tools\Options but can't see how to get back to my
original setup. All help appreciated,

Hi Rex,

Opening up Internet Explorer 7. I click on Tools then Options and there
is the General Tab.

Send and Receive Messages at Startup option is not available to uncheck
it.

Sorry my typo
Meant Outlook Express as IE 7 doesn't send mail
