mail problem

I am having trouble opening the style box in incredimail.the style box is where you get all of your stationary and sounds and animations for your e mails. Hoping someone can help me.
 
the latest version has a lot of hangs, but you can get past them if you kind
of go around thru a back door. hard to explain, but i just did it.
