MAIL NOT SENDING

About 50 % of emails that I send are not being received. I get no errors
mesages and all emails appear in sent box. My email service says the problem
is not in their system

You're asking in the wrong place. This is a volunteer-staffed technical
support forum for Microsoft Access database design. Please repost in a forum
supporting your Email software (and indicate what program that is, what
version, and who is your Internet Service Provider).
