Mail Merges

I am losing hyperlinks in mail merge documents I set up
through outlook or word.

Does anyone know what I can do to make my links active
for mail merges I do.

For example if I put www.123.com in as a link to visit in
a mail merge email. It is not active once it is sent to a
contact.

Any clue what is happening?
 
Use HTML format and apply the April 25, 2002 update to Word to fix the
problem.
