Mail Merge

Want to send customer a letter AND CC the salesperson.
How can I cc someone. I know how to create the list in contacts but can't
figure out how to copy another person.

Is the sales person always the same or is there a way to code it to id the
salesman? if so, use a rule. Otherwise, see if any of the tools at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/massmail.asp supports Ccing.
