Mail Merge

I have gone thru all of the steps in business contact manager to do a mail
merge yet when I finalize in word there are no names on my labels. I have
tried this over 10 times with no success?

We have no idea what "all of the steps" means. It could be anything. Post
complete information in the correct BCM group for assistance.
