Hi i have a problem.
im using outlook 2007 to mail merge the selected contacts to a form i
created in word 2007 i want to use some fields that i select and match the
fields the way i want, but when i try to mail merge other contacts to send
mail and trying to reuse the same form in word the fields come up diferent is
any way i can save the fields to math what i want to match.
Thank you

When you start the merge from Outlook in Office 2007 you are restricted to
Outlook fields. We have no idea what you mean by "form," but you are asking
a Word question. The Word MVP's will be able to help you in their mail merge
group.

So you know to what groups Russ refers, they are microsoft.public.word.mail
and microsoft.public.word.mailmerge.fields

the problem i have is when i use outlook to do mali merge with a document in
word that i have filled with information i send to my clients. On that
document i have save the fields that i use like i add address field and first
and last name field the problem i have is when i try to reuse the word
document with a new client database pull direct from outlook in mail merge
the fields dont match anymore it show two times the city, just one name, etc
everytime i use that document i have to match the fields again and again. is
