mail merge

I have a mail merge that has special info for each contact set up in the doc.
When I go to email the merge, it wants to send all the merges. How can I
get it to email just the one specific for that contact?
 
If I understand your question properly, what you need to do is initiate the
merge from within BCM. Highlight (select) the contact you want to send the
letter, and then select Tools/Mail Merge.
