Mail Merge

,I open a word document that contains merging data. I click on mailings and
mail merge which brings up a windown to select the database. I click on
Outlook and browse which brings up my profile with 3 choices, contacts,
business contacts and business accounts. I click on business contacts and
imediately get error message" managed mapi servoce"..."catastophic failure"
...."unknown error." I click OK twice cause that all you can do. Then data
link properties windows comes up with connection tab selected asking for
proper database name and location...no matter what I put in I still get an
error.....If I click on contacts 1st.... brings up blank chart of accounts
cause I have nothing in there and then I click on business accounts and
everything is fine merge happens all is right with the world
