Mail Merge

I've got a mail merge document based on an Access query.
From the database I'd like to mail the Word document to
someone who won't have access to the data source. I tried
setting up a Document_Open macro within Word that merges
the document to a new Word document. Then I send this
document out.

It works, but it takes a while and there is some error
within Word (says it can't find the datasource although
all of the data fields are populated.)

I know there's got to be an easier way - any ideas?

Thanks Albert - just what I needed. I added e-mail
functionality so that the user can either preview or e-
mail the report and I'm all set!
