mail merge

HI:
I'm doing a mail merge for mailing labels using an Excel database. Is there
a way to have the same label print several times before going on to the next
record? For example, I need to print single labels for records 1-4, then
print 8 copies of label 5, and then continue printing single labels for the
next 20 records. Thanks for any suggestions.

Something to try:

Look at the merge document that Word creates for the labels. You should see
that there is some text at the beginning of each labels to the effect of
"next record"

Try deleting that. It should cause the the merge to repeat the same data.
