Mail merge word to excel

A list of numbers in one line has 87n23042 and 87n33397
The 87n23042 shows on the word document with all of the relevant
information partaking to that number but the 87n33397 shows up as 0
but does include all of the relevant information partaking to that
number.
Does anyone have a solution please...? Stuart

0 Hall Enterprises 500 kWh $200.00

Where it should be picking up:
87N23042 Hall Enterprises 1,500 kWh $600.00
87N33397 Hall Enterprises 500 kWh $200.00

Does this make it a bit clearer...?

No. It still doesn't tell us what problem you're having with THE C#
