I searched the web and came up with nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to do a mail merge without using
the current user's email address. Instead, can it be
done with a "on behalf" email address.

for example. A secretary that needs to shoot
out a mess of emails. She has "on behalf" priveliges
granted by her boss. The mail merge should include
the boss's email in the from field....not the secratary's.

thanks in advance

she'd need send as permission - but I don't recall if you can add the
senders name to the outgoing mail. She really should login to the account
directly for a mail merge.

No, that's not possible. Outlook will use the current user as the sender of a mail merge.
