Mail merge will not transfere job title

When completing a mail merge I am unable to transfere the Job Title info to
my address label. I can do all other fields exept the job title not sure why?
 
You need to start the merge from Outlook with the Tools | Mail Merge command. THat's the only way to have all the Outlook fields available to Word's merge.

Didn't know Outlook 2003 had a mail merge. Under Tools, don't see any
mention of it.

Spoke to soon and just opened a book I'd forgotten has been on the shelf
for a couple of years. See that mail merge is there coupled with the
contacts folder plus Word. And naturally I don't use Word, but
WordPerfect, so never thought of it here.
