Mail merge using outlook 'dialog or database engine failures'

When selecting recipients, use 'outlook contacts' then get list of folders in
outlook but when select the one I need, no box containing those contacts
somes up, just a message saying 'This operation cannot be completed because
of dialog or database engine failures, please try later' Does anyone have any
ideas what to do, I use this function regularly and havent had this problem
before.

Not without your posting your versions, precise steps used and how you have
your Outlook Address Book and Outlook Profiles configured. Also, Outlook
must be your default mail program to do a mail merge.
