Mail merge tool bar

I am working with office XP and my mail merge tool bar is greyed out I have
tried everything i know and i cant get it to restore any help out there
please.I am working in word to merge fields into a document.

Suggest you re-post the question to the "MailMerge &
Fields" newsgroup listed under Word group. If you use a
newsreader, the newsgrou address
is "microsoft.public.word.mailmerge.fields".

It is not clear if you are trying to merge from ms-access to word?

If you are trying the above, then I have a nice sample merge system you can

If you are just talking about word merge, the hum...try some of the word
newsgroups, I think you will have better luck there.
