Mail Merge Problem

Using Outlook 2003 - sent an e-mail using Mail Merge a few hours ago.. The
Outbox (in the folder list) shows 1, when I open the Outbox, there's nothing
there. The Sent box shows 395 in it on the folder list - I sent 154. When
I open it and scroll down - when I get to the last name, I can't scroll back
up. When I try to exit Outlook, I get an error message saying there are
messages still in the Outbox and do I want to close. I tried rebooting my
computer - that didn't help. Keep getting the icon saying that message 1 of
1 is being sent, and then it says there's an error sending.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Now I new problem - when I click on the Outbook - there's a message saying
"Unable to display the folder."

Hard to tell what all you did.
At this point, you should create a new profile.
