Hello
We have several employees off the network who access their Outlook email over Microsoft Exchange Server. When I tried to set up a mail merge from Outlooks Contacts on the remote user, it did not work - no error messages, just nothing. But when I run the exact same thing from my copmuter that is directly on the network, it works fine. I think I have narrowed the problem down to the Exchange Server with all other things being equal. Are there any work-arounds for this
