Mail Merge in Outlook

Trying to merge contact names and addresses into mailing
labels. Doesn't seem to work. Has anyone experienced this
as a problem?
 
No. It works fine here.
Could we have at least one clue, please? "Doesn't seem to work" doesn't tell
us a thing.
List your versions, exact steps you are using and exactly what does not
work.
 
What Russ said. Also, you should sort the contacts you want to use and put
them in their own sub-folder first, before the merge. Make sure you are
using the same version Outlook as Word (I've found some things just don't
work when you mis-match versions). Are you doing a Word MailMerge? Are you
starting it from within Word? Can you select an Outlook address book as your
data source?
DISCLAIMER--I'm not an expert...I've just done a bunch of mailmerges from
Outlook and they work fine.
