Mail Merge Facilty Dissappeared

Help!

I use mail merge regularly and today the option has gone from the drop down
tools menu.

If I go to tools> customise it is not there to select.

If I right click at top there is no mail merge tool bar option.

On my other computer all these OK.

Any ideas where it is and how I get it back.
