mail merge currency

I am sending letters to individuals who have an account balance using merge
fields from an access database. Works well unless the last digit is a zero -
then it gets dropped (ie $481.10 looks like $481.1). In the Access database,
I have the field set up as currency with 2 decimal places. Any ideas? Thanks

You either change the word document so it formats the merge fields better or
you change
the data that is merged (example: use Format(Thefield,"$###.00") and send a
string instead of a number to word.

Both methods have merits.
